We retain all rights to all artworks presented and sold through this website (including commissioned paintings), including but not limited to, the right reproduce any artwork we created, unless a client has purchased full or partial rights to the artwork. The client or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in anyway without written permission.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please read all items descriptions carefully before purchasing. Image colors may vary depending on your computer screen. While I make sure that my photos reflect the colors of my painting as accurate as possible, their colors may vary depending on your computer screen.

All sales are deemed final except for exceptional cases in which a restocking fee may apply. If you have concerns please contact me directly at gemdebustos.art@gmail.com

Delivery Policy

Each artwork is carefully packed and is shipped with a tracking number. Artworks that are more than 30 inches are removed from their frames and are rolled inside a protective tubing to provide a safe and affordable delivery worldwide. In such cases, the painting would then need to be taken to an art store or frame shop for stretching and framing.

All art prints are manually checked and carefully wrapped. A4, A3, small,and medium size square prints are packed in a clear cellophane packet with a sturdy backboard and are shipped in an envelope. A2 size prints and large square prints will be rolled and sent in a mailing tube. Shipping is quoted independently, depending on the size and weight and its destination.

Estimated delivery within Saudi Arabia is 2-4 business days. International shipping takes 15-20 business days depending on the location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes but depending on the size of the artwork and country. Before purchasing, let us know your location for an estimated shipping cost.

Do you take commissions?

I am currently accepting a limited number of commissioned projects. It would take 2-3 weeks for each commissioned piece to complete depending on the complexity. Fill out the form here for more information about the process and pricing.
